Venous disease & Endolaser

Film Endolaser >>>
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In our practice, non-invasive and minimal-invasive techniques are performed to examine and treat venous disorders.

For this, high-tech instruments are available. Outpatient endoluminal laser ablation (Endolaser) of larger varicose veins (used increasingly instead of standard surgical removal of greater veins and side branches) and obliteration with foam sclerosing techniques are essential components of treatment. These are the advantages of minimal-invasive endoluminal laser ablation (Endolaser) as comparison with the surgical removal of the larger saphenous veins:

High-tech instruments are available as well, such as doppler and color-duplex sonography, phlethysmography, pressure measurement and D-PPG (muscle pump test –LRR). All stages of venous diseases are treated in the phlebological practice, from mild, unattractive varicose veins to serious venous disorders. Outpatient endoluminal laser ablation (Endolaser) of larger varicose veins (used increasingly instead of standard surgical removal of greater veins and side branches) and obliteration with foam sclerosing techniques are essential components of treatment.

  • Computer-assisted venous diagnostics
  • Ultrasound and color-duplex procedures
  • Thromboses (occlusion of the “inner veins“)
  • Treatment with bandages and compression stockings
  • Foam sclerotherapy
  • Lasertreatment of greater varicose veins (Endoluminal laser ablation)
  • Treatment of spider veins with laser and sclerotherapy
